Your English-Speaking Personal Trainer in Bordeaux
Certified coaches, sessions at home or outdoors, no language barrier. Just you, your coach, and a program built around your goals.
Personal training in Bordeaux
Built for expats, students and professionals in Bordeaux.
Settling into a new city shouldn't mean putting your fitness on hold — or training through a language barrier. MyBestCoaching connects you with certified coaches (diplômés d'État) who are comfortable coaching entirely in English, wherever you are in Bordeaux.
No gym membership, no crowded classes: just a coach who comes to you, at home or in one of Bordeaux's parks, with a program calibrated to your level and your goal — weight loss, strength, or simply getting back into shape.
And because the Service à la Personne tax credit applies to any French tax resident regardless of nationality, most expats living and paying tax in France can benefit from it too. Your first session is free, with no commitment.

- Do I need to speak French?
- Not at all. Your coach runs the entire session in English — from the initial assessment to exercise cues and program explanations.
- Am I eligible for the 50% tax credit as a foreigner?
- Yes, as long as you are a French tax resident — the Service à la Personne tax credit is based on tax residency, not nationality. Thanks to URSSAF's 'avance immédiate', the 50% is deducted directly from your invoice: no paperwork, no waiting for your tax return.
- Where do sessions take place?
- At your home, or outdoors at one of Bordeaux's best spots — Parc Bordelais, the Garonne riverbanks (quais) or Jardin Public — whichever suits your schedule and goals.
- What's the cancellation policy?
- Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled with reasonable notice. Your coach will confirm the exact policy with you before your first session.
- Can I train with a friend or partner?
- Yes, semi-private sessions are available — just mention it when you book your free trial session.
